To ensure effective operational management of outpatient clinics to ensure standards are monitored and maintained /improved To work with the multi-professional team on patient pathway redesign to enhance the quality of the patient experience whilst reducing delays, and ensuring patient flows are managed within elective access targets Ensure local governance structures are in place and lead on delegated projects Support strategies to improve the patient experience across multidisciplinary groups within outpatients and the outpatient pathways.
