An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Community Mental Health Service to work within our Community Mental Health Team, based in Bridgwater. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring person with experience of working with people who are suffering mental ill-health. Our team respond rapidly to the needs of adults needing mental health advice and support. The team is established, supportive, knowledgeable and above all passionate about what they do! This opportunity is for 3 days per week and we can be flexible around which days these are (Mon-Fri). We are a supportive, compassionate multi-disciplinary service where every person is an integral part of the team. As part of our Community Mental Health Team, you can take part (or not) in team days/nights out, sweep stakes and 'secret Santa', as well as other activities. As a Support Time and Recovery (ST&R) worker, you will play a vital role within the Community Mental Health Service, delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. A collaborative, recovery-oriented, and strengths-based approach is key to this role. You will support individuals in their community settings, as well as provide in-reach support to inpatients, helping them transition back home.
