Calibre must: Have continuous experience of supervising staffand delegate workappropriately. Deliver a range of evidence-based interventions which will promote recovery, social inclusion and normalisation for this group of service users, who suffer from severe, enduring mental health problems. Work in partnership with the MDT, Home Treatment Team, Acute Inpatients Services, Local Authority and other third sector organisations to provide support and treatment to service users within crisis to facilitate the safe management of their needs within a community setting. Be a Qualified Mental Health Nurses with a live unrestricted UK NMC registration, strong team player with at least three years post qualifying experience in a mental health setting. The post holder will deputise for the team manager and be able to autonomously oversee clinical systems and staff. It is essential that applicants have excellent organisational skills and are competent with using computer programmes and databases. Our current focus is now on placed based care - moving to locality teams around the Primary Care Networks. Undertaking assessment of complex case, including risk assessments .
