We are looking for confident and compassionate maternity support workers to work within our multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality, safe, and individualised care throughout the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods - making a real difference to families and outcomes. To assist the midwife in providing individualised, family-centered care through physical, social, and psychological support to birthing parents and their families throughout the pregnancy, birth, and postnatal journey. You will provide administrative support, prepare and maintain a safe environment, and implement basic care packages, performing delegated clinical procedures under the guidance and direction of the Midwives and practitioners from the Multi-Disciplinary Team.
