Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between. This will include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner. As a passionate individual, you will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services. Qualifications You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. A self-starter who has the ability to work unsupervised with experience on either a Hotel Reception and/or in a Hotel Food & Beverage Department. Someone with a positive attitude and a genuine customer service focus. A fast-thinking, problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences. Superb Communication skills to interact with guests and other members of the team. Brilliant organisation skills.
