Undertake day to day supervision of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants in the absence of the Assistant Dispensary Manager to deliver patient focused quality care. Post holder will also support in the training and development of all grades of staff allocated to dispensary. Participate in the Practice Supervisor training programme in order to provide technical support and training to junior staff in these areas. Assist in the management of Clinical Trials in the absence of assistant dispensary manager Assist in the organisational management and supervision in the main dispensary and the co-ordination of medicine supplies with the stores and in main dispensary. To investigate stock level discrepancies within the dispensary in line with current procedures. To assist with/write standard operating procedures for the dispensary To organise and conduct dispensary induction and training for staff whenever necessary Croydon Health Services provides integrated NHS services to care for people at home, in schools, and in health clinics across the borough as well as at Croydon University Hospital and Purley War Memorial Hospital.
