This means our Healthcare Assistants have a fantastic opportunity to learn new clinical skills in a supportive environment with an enthusiastic team for developing staff. Cromie Ward staff are a friendly group of hard working individuals, enthusiastic to provide excellent patient care. Observing, monitoring and recording of vital signs including, taking temperatures, pulse, respirations. Measuring weight and Height. Providing personal care to patients to meet personal hygiene. Supporting patients with nutrition, feeding and assisting with fluids. Supporting patients with comfort.
