The Corporate Governance Administrative Officer role is an interesting and varied job which will give you an opportunity to work closely with teams across the Trust including our Executive and Non-Executives & Council of Governors. The post holder will work closely with the Foundation & Deputy Foundation Trust Secretary and the Corporate Governance Team to ensure an efficient approach to freedom of information requests and a high level of administrative support is provided. If you are an experienced administrator, are confident working with stakeholders at all levels and have a flexible and adaptable attitude we would love to welcome you to our team. This is a whole time equivalent role, but we are open to discussions regarding job shares/flexible working. Be the main point of contact for administration of the Freedom of Information Process Provide specialist administrative support to the Corporate Governance Team. Support the Foundation & Deputy Foundation Trust Secretary's in the administration of the Board process. Assist the Governor & Membership Officer in the production of governor and membership meetings and events and support the administration of all Governor & Membership activity.
