Ensure incident reporting via relevant Trust and national governance pathways. To support the delivery of the Neonatal Unit risk, quality and safety agenda ensuring departmental compliance with CQC outcomes. This will include collaborating closely with the neonatal data manger and other stakeholders to provide accurate outcome reports. Report to and participate in, relevant Trust and Neonatal Network Governance and Risk meetings.
