Provide support around risk taking sexual behaviour, sexual and gender identity enabling citizens to make safer informed choices and improve psychological wellbeing. One-to-one interventions to reduce the transmission of sexually transmitted infections including HIV especially among vulnerable, at risk groups and particularly those with severe multiple disadvantage.
