More detail about the role: An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Rotational Pharmacy Technician to join our forward thinking, patient focused team. This vacancy is suitable for individuals looking for a variety within Hospital Pharmacy. This is a rotational post where the successful candidate will be working in all areas of the department as well as assisting with the provision of Clinical Trail Medication. Applicants will need to hold the relevant NVQ Level 3 and BTEC qualifications. You will need to be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. It is desirable that you will hold ACPT or PIPC qualification or be willing to work towards this. We welcome applications from newly qualified and soon to register Technicians. We understand that relocating for a new role can be a significant step, both personally and financially. Thats why we offer a generous package of support, including financial assistance, to help ease the transition for those considering relocation. If you are relocating to North Devon for this role, we can offer either an annual accommodation allowance or a relocation allowance (the former for those renting a property and the latter for those buying a property). Any successful applicant will be required to participate in flexible working which will include weekend, late duty and Bank Holiday rotas. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, across Monday to Friday with weekend and Bank Holiday working as per the rota. Interview Date: To be confirmed. Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later.
