A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stores Co-ordinator to join our Wheelchair Service Team at Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust.The post holder will be responsible for the management of Stores, including the warehouse, goods in and out and stock management of all wheelchairs and spare parts. Good IT and organisation skills are required for this job. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the warehouse and stores functions of the Wheelchair Repair Service. Be responsible for the efficient, secure and safe running of the Red House Store by devising relevant operational procedures and ensuring they are in place, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all goods in and out of the areas, using the asset database as necessary. Check all deliveries against delivery notes, setting up wheelchairs and equipment in line with manufacturer instructions (using appropriate tools), maintaining accurate records of all delivery notes and entering wheelchair and spare part details on to the asset database, informing admin colleagues when equipment is ready for handover.
