Ward 10 is the general elective surgical ward for the Calderdale and Huddersfield trust. We are a 20 bedded ward, who care for a range of surgical specialities, including; Colorectal, Upper GI, Bariatric, Breasts and Urology, as well as caring for general surgical patients. We are a 24/7 service which offers a variety of shift patterns. We are looking for a high motivated and enthusiastic staff nurse to join our friendly and proactive nursing team. We are a high working department with a strong sense of team work, care and compassion. You must be able to work as part of team and you will need to posses excellent communication skills. We provide community health services, including sexual health services in Calderdale from Calderdale Royal and local health centres. These include Todmorden Health Centre and Broad Street Plaza.
