Based in our Coatbridge office, this is a pivotal role with responsibility for the effective provision of service delivery. We Would Like You To Be responsible for the rostering and management of support workers solutions focused and passionate about providing a high standard of care to all our service users, have the ability to balance a number of conflicting priorities logical, analytical, highly organised, forward thinking with attention to detail. proactive, resilient, confident and an excellent communicator – someone who seeks to “make it happen” and goes the extra mile to make sure it does. a people person who is adept at multi-tasking genuinely wants to make a difference to the lives of others have proficient computer skills able to work within a regulatory framework and seek to ensure that the highest standards of care are at the heart of every aspect of our service. a good team player Ideally you will have relevant experience in a similar role and be qualified to SVQ3, or be prepared to work towards achieving it, or you may be already working in the care sector and seeking to progress your career. We are also happy to consider people who have a passion to help others and possess the qualities we are looking for. You will also be required to participate in the 'out of hours' rota. An additional allowance will be payable to cover this.
