The Post We currently have an opportunity for a permanent position for a Mail Room Assistant within our regional medical office based at Gyle Square, Edinburgh. You will work as part of a small Team providing a comprehensive mail service to our Medical Team dealing with routine mail and the transfer of GP medical records. You will work closely with the rest of the Department/GP practices & a range of transport services. The Candidate An effective team worker, you will have good organisational and communication skills. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality is essential. Heavy lifting is involved on a daily basis. Location and Working Pattern: Gyle Square, Edinburgh. Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS.
