Every day you will… Create monthly rotas for home care patients, managing carers and nurses to fill the rota with as much coverage as possible Assist with arranging training for new care staff Deal with general queries via telephone and email Help with requirements for unfilled shifts, contacting candidates via the internal database Promoting incentives around available shifts to help increase fills rates and seeking assistance from external agencies where appropriate Coordinate queries via the shared email inbox What’s in it for you?
