There is 1 x Reception Supervisor Post available - 37.5 Hours per week working Monday to Friday. Excellent communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will carry out a range of duties including PACE, HR issues, reporting and monitoring staff sickness and annual leave, processing of staff timesheets and overseeing essential cover is provided at each site. Supervisory experience desirable however, experience of working in a reception area is essential. Post holder may be required to work at other locations, you will need the ability to travel across the Trust for work purposes when required. Post holders will be required to cover sickness and absence. The service is open daily 7am to 8pm including Bank Holidays (including Xmas Day), and weekends, and shifts are allocated according to service needs. To ensure the delivery of the quality strategy within the designated area incorporating establishment of systems and processes. Supervise and manage the reception area in accordance with local policy and procedures. Ensure patient confidentiality is upheld at all times. Organise and prioritise work schedule. Be able to work on own initiative. Order goods and supplies as required. Delegate tasks effectively and appropriately. Provide administration support for all staff, as necessary. Supervise staff allocating duties as required. Support management with the initial stages of matters relating to absence, disciplinary and capability issues together with relevant aspects of appraisal. Report sickness, absence and any incident to the appropriate manager for the area. Assist in identifying and implementing on-the-job training for members of staff, using PDP frameworks where necessary.
