The team works across the city to offer the young adults of Birmingham specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention to those in crisis and needing support of the Home Treatment Team. As a senior clinical support worker, you will be responsible for supporting young people on our home treatment caseload. Your role will be paramount in delivering interventions and supporting the multi-disciplinary team in reducing admissions to hospital. You will be skilled in building therapeutic relationships with young people and able to engage in meaningful conversation. As part of your role of Senior Clinical Support Worker you may be expected to cross cover this service on occasion, and therefore be expected to undertake additional training relevant to the role.
