By encouraging staff to take time out to learn, helping them to identify development needs, by Appraisals and Coaching To participate as required in the measurement and evaluation of your work and that of the team through the use of Evidence Based Practice projects, audit and outcome measures. Undertake audit of practice in Essence of Care Benchmarking on an annual basis and critically evaluate outcomes devising action plans to implement changes in practice.
