Introduction to the role:An excellent opportunity has arisen to come and be part of our dynamic Speech and Language therapy team at Berkshire Healthcare Trust (with hybrid working available). This role expects you to be able to be responsible for utilising your clinical skills to provide high quality assessments and diagnoses of patients to devise comprehensive treatment plans covering a mixed caseload. You must be able to act autonomously as well as operate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, whilst also providing guidance, training and support to junior staff, and the support system around patients.
