We currently have an opportunity to join the Hospice team as a Palliative Care Social Worker Are you a compassionate and dedicated social worker with expertise in palliative care? Join our Family Support Team at St Columba’s Hospice Care. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated social worker to be part of our team. As a Palliative Care Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing psychosocial support to hospice patients, their families, and bereaved relatives. Our mission is to support people in living well until the end of their lives by ensuring outstanding access to symptom management, services, and support. You will have excellent communication skills, experience of supporting people who are dying and their families, advocacy, Support and Protection and have experience of being part of an integrated multi-professional team.
