The Havering Early Interventions in Psychosis (EIP) team are looking to recruit a compassionate and highly skilled colleague to join the EIP management team. Working directly with the Operational Clinical lead and members of the wider EIP workforce, the EIP team leader would be responsible for supporting and managing the EIP which covers the Borough of Havering. The team leader would work alongside the wider EIP management team in the Trust to develop the service as part of the ambitions in the NHS long term plan. To provide continuing management, leadership and development responsibilities ensuring the effective delivery of clinical/evidence-based practice by the team to a diverse group of patients, their families and carers, in accordance with quality practice and procedures. Ensuring all performance management and clinical governance arrangements are in place. The team leader will be expected to hold a small caseload of 10 patients . "}
