The Role We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join us in a Front of House role. You will assist with: Meeting and greeting all visitors and staff in the office, while providing a welcoming environment; Managing meeting room bookings, updating internal guest lists and arranging refreshments; Ensuring the tidiness and general upkeep of the client-facing areas and providing hospitality for in-house events; Managing security passes and access to the building; Dealing with clients and fee-earners face to face and on the telephone; Answer all incoming telephone calls via the switchboard in a timely manner, displaying empathy and excellent customer service to all callers; Providing cover for the Support team as and when required, undertaking other relevant administrative and housekeeping tasks. You will ideally: Have a minimum of one year experience in a busy front of house role; Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with vulnerable clients and professionals visiting the office while providing a high standard of customer care; Be able to demonstrate a flexible attitude, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, an ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, keep on top of a busy workload and meet deadlines; Be confident, approachable, articulate, proactive, friendly, work well within a team and have a problem solving mind-set; Have first aid and fire marshal training , although this is not essential as training will be provided. Working hours will be flexible between the core hours of 8am and 6pm (on a rota basis), with occasional cover for out of hours events and any emergencies that may arise.
