The BI, Insight and Analytics team is at the forefront of this. You will work with your colleagues to drive our analytical capabilities to supporting population health management as well as performance and demand reporting to all business areas. The Senior Data Insights Analyst will support the organisation to be intelligence led based on quality analytics to enable effective health and care planning, resource allocation and decision making. The role will work with other senior analysts and data scientists to deliveranalyses to provide evidencefor strategic and operational decisions supporting the Norfolk & Waveney ICB and wider ICS in shaping healthcare. Priorities include improving system flow and integration, ensuring the right service is in the right place at the right time for people and making the best use of resources to improve outcomes and reduce the impact of inequalities. The post holder will have an understanding of advanced analytical and statistical methods together with comprehensive knowledge of visualisation methods and techniques. They will have good working knowledge of relevant analytical and data extraction/processing tools including, but not limited to, SQL, R, Python and Power BI. We are looking for a senior data insights analyst with skills in Excel, Power BI, R/ Python and collaborative working. A team player who can learn from and teach others, working as part of the BI, Insight and Analytics team.
