This relates to the dissemination of evidence-based practices as part of Children and Young People Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (CYP-IAPT) and coordination / provision of high-quality supervision and parenting skill development within the workforce. Part of the role will be to supervise both CAMHS professionals delivering parenting interventions and to co-ordinate, organise and supervise groups for parents of children and young people with challenging behaviour (e.g., Incredible Years, Non-violent Resistance) in partnership with managers and the relevant head of discipline.
