The position will be clinically at one site, but the role will be a multi-site position across our 5 clinics. We have approximately 35 employees with each branch having a Lead RVN. Within the Clinical Director position, part of the role will involve assisting with the finances, aiming to meet our targets and keep everything running smoothly. On the clinical side, you'll help maintain high standards, ensuring we meet industry regulations and provide top-notch care to our animal patients. Additionally, you'll promote continuous professional development for our clinical staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. This full-time position entails a 4-day week, providing clinical contributions from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with no weekend or out-of-hours duties.
