We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join our team to provide administrative and project support to the Planned Care Programme. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of project support including administrative, clerical and secretarial services ensuring the smooth running of projects associated with the Planned Care Programme with the achievement of related outcomes. You will also be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including meetings and will facilitate and monitor project delivery, interacting with a variety of teams across Tayside. You will also maintain records and resources and deal with enquiries relating projects. You will have a combination of good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and excellent time management skills. Applicants should have a positive, team working approach and possess good IT skills. Please note that interviews will be held on the 11 June 2024. You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment. NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
