Ensure the delivery of operational standards, quality, performance and financial balance. Act with the agreement and authority of the Divisional Director of Operations, when required, to ensure the Directorate functions successfully as an autonomous business unit. Be accountable for the performance and management of Directorate resources in conjunction with all relevant stakeholders by providing operational and strategic business planning and leadership to ensure the provision of high-quality patient care.
