Then the Radiology team would like to hear from you. Radiology is a milestone in the patient pathway and, as technologies continue to improve and demand increases, the Trust's Radiology department is becoming one of the busiest and most exciting areas of the hospital to work. Join us as an Appointment Booking Coordinator/Receptionist and you could soon be part of a dedicated booking and reception service team that's focused on reducing patient’s waits and providing a seamless, high quality service. You will be customer focused and calm under pressure, you will have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to cope with a changing/evolving environment and work systems. Computer literacy is also important, although training will be provided on our Radiology Information system (CRIS), as well as other Trust applications. The radiology department is a 24/7 service therefore the successful candidate will be expected to work some evenings (not nights) and weekends on a rota basis for which enhanced payments will be made along with time off in lieu.
