Support workers are also required to assess all respiratory needs and action concerns following the care plan & protocols in place. Enhanced DBS checks & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client. Training will be delivered face - face by the Clinical Nurse Manager for that area. This may include: Assistance with all personal cares Support with all daily activities Assistance with all moving & handling needs Medication administration Monitoring of health & well-being daily Clinical tasks following care plan & protocols. Documentation Our client actively visits a day centre most weekdays. This will require staff to support her needs when attending. Activities in the home are required to support the client`s health & well-being each day following a structured plan in place. The ideal candidate will have interpersonal skills, be compassionate, resilient, and keen to make a real difference in someone's life.
