You will implement occupational therapy interventions, provide baseline assessment of patients level of functioning and identify care planning issues to devise realistic and appropriate treatments plans. Arranging/attending case conferences as appropriate to patient need. In this role you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed. Hours The working hours are: Monday to Friday - 9.00 to 17.00 This position is full time working 37.5 hours per week Salary Youll receive an annual salary up to £50,400 per annum - depending on experience.
