The post holder will escort guests between their homes and the Day Centre and on Day Trip outings. Every day will be different and you will have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference. Your compassionate understanding of older peoples' needs and your enthusiasm and motivation will be welcomed. You can demonstrate daily your caring skills and knowledge gained from your Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards this.)
