We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our services by providing accurate and efficient administrative support. You will be responsible for processing referrals, managing service user data, and conducting data analysis to support reporting requirements. The Team Administrator will manage the service's diary, coordinate client bookings, and oversee systems for room bookings and client records. They will maintain the service database (IAPTUS), ensuring accurate storage and retrieval of client data, and work closely with the database provider to optimize the system for reporting and evaluation. Key duties include processing referrals, supporting counsellors with patient appointments, administering petty cash and invoices, and providing administrative support to staff and volunteers. The role involves leading on staff training for service databases, generating monthly reports, and conducting data analysis to support management in enhancing service delivery. The Administrator will also assist the Head of Operations in collecting performance data for national reporting and act as the first point of contact for service inquiries. "}
