In order to maintain effective registration with the NMC you must adhere to the Council’s requirements for Revalidation. Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities Involvement in direct patient care. Recognition and escalation of deteriorating patients. Recording, assessing and planning holistic care through our systems. Admission, discharge and treatment of cardiology patients. To work collaboratively with the MDT, site managers and other stakeholders to improve patient care and experience. To communicate effectively with patient/clients, and their significant others, taking into account their cultural background and cognitive functioning. To communicate clearly with all members of the multidisciplinary team, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural and language differences. To participate in service quality improvement initiatives. To act as one of the leads for improving patient experience through link nurse role, study days and trainings. To undertake quality improvement training and participate in relevant forums.
