This role will be based within our Single Point of Access. Main duties of the job The post holder will also be responsible supporting the management of a new Single Point of Access enabling parents, teachers, education psychology services, school support staff and other professionals across all children's and young people's services to get easy access to advice, support and urgent care, where necessary The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate excellent understanding of the delivery of the child and adolescent mental health services link role and have the ability to engage with children and young people and families and to develop pathways into third sector and partner agencies. The post holder will also have experience in screening referrals and decision making in terms of appropriate pathways, along with excellent risk management skills.
