Package: We offer a rewarding career with excellent opportunities for growth and development: Competitive salary: £31,240 per annum for full-time (40 hours) or £12,100 for part-time (16 hours) Overtime available Enhanced bank holiday rates, Twice-yearly bonus scheme Company car for work purposes and mileage paid if using own vehicle Staff accommodation depending on availability Comprehensive training and support to achieve Care Certificate, NVQ qualifications, and progress to management Flexible working arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and shift options As a Community Carer, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live comfortably and securely in their own homes. Your duties will include: Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting Providing companionship and support Helping with medication administration (training provided) Accompanying clients on appointments, outings, and shopping trips Light housekeeping and meal preparation Requirements A genuine passion for caring for others Reliability and trustworthiness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A driving license and access to a vehicle (company cars available) Flexibility to work shifts (7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm) and alternate weekends Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
