Located in Cruden Bay, a scenic coastal village 23 miles north of Aberdeen, Bayview enjoys an array of beautiful coastal views. Converted from a traditional family house, Bayview has been modernised to provide exceptional standards of care in a warm, homely environment. We cater for older people including the frail elderly and those living with dementia and its related conditions. As a Kitchen Assistant, Meallmore will allocate you your own mentor, as well as a comprehensive induction process. But why stop there? Your Role As a Meallmore Kitchen Assistant Will Include Keeping the kitchen areas clean and tidy Supporting the catering team with basic food preparation as they create seasonal meals for our residents Properly cleaning and sanitising all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene Assist with specialist dietary requirements Serve nutritional meals Required Skills Basic knowledge of food preparation Basic knowledge of food hygiene The ability to stand for extended periods. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work in a team. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
