We welcome applications from both Allied Healthcare Professionals and those with a nursing background who meet essential criteria. Within the Royal Surrey Frailty services, we are expanding our ACP workforce to help deliver excellent care to all older people with Frailty. We have several established posts within the Acute Frailty Team (AFT), Frailty Same Day Emergency Care (FSDEC), Urgent Community Response (UCR) and Hospital at Home (H@H). These posts contribute to the weekend rota for H@H. With time we hope to be able to rotate trainee ACPs through several services to give them a broader training experience. Main duties of the job You will be required to work as a semi-autonomous clinician within the service and will be supported in your training through our ACP programme aligned to the Frailty Academy. You will have a dedicated educational supervisor as you work towards your MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice. You will be supported in your development as you gain new knowledge and skills aligned to the 4 pillars of Advanced Clinical Practice.
