As Coordinator, you will report to the Project Manager, overseeing the day-to-day management and activities of the Centre. Your role entails upholding the highest standards of professionalism and care practices. Your primary objective will be to provide social care and support to Centre attendees, collaborating with the Project Manager and team to establish diverse activities and cultivate a stimulating environment. You will offer guidance to staff members and ensure the efficient and proper management of the Centre in alignment with organizational policies. Your challenge will be to meet the diverse needs of our service users, enhance their day service experience, optimize Centre facilities, and spearhead the implementation and evolution of both existing and new services. As a key player, you'll lead in delivering top-tier professional support, fostering an environment where each individual can achieve their fullest potential in our Day Care setting.
