Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and expert advice. Experience in supervising and training pharmacists. Desirable Qualifications and Experience : Membership in the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and the College of Mental Health Pharmacists (CMHP). Postgraduate certificate in Clinical or Psychiatric Pharmacy. Completion of the National MI training course. Qualification as an Independent Prescriber.
