Research and Development : Lead and coordinate research and clinical audits related to psychiatric medications and contribute to the development of national standards in medicines information. Essential Qualifications and Experience : MPharm degree or equivalent. Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with ongoing mandatory CPD. Extensive experience in psychiatric pharmacy and medicines information. Advanced clinical knowledge of psychiatric medications and their application in mental health care. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and expert advice. Experience in supervising and training pharmacists. Desirable Qualifications and Experience : Membership in the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and the College of Mental Health Pharmacists (CMHP). Postgraduate certificate in Clinical or Psychiatric Pharmacy. Completion of the National MI training course. Qualification as an Independent Prescriber.
