To serve customers in the appropriate manner To lead and provide food and beverages at service counters and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service periods. To ensure your immediate working areas and service areas are left clean and tidy at all times. To give a professional and efficient service in the dining rooms and promote a friendly but discreet service. To be responsible for the cleanliness of service areas. This will include washing up silver and glass polishing and sanitising surfaces. To attend meetings, courses and training sessions as may be necessary from time to time. To ensure that all fridges, cupboards and storage areas of potential loss are secured at all times. To report any customer feedback and take remedial action wherever possible. To assist and relieve in other areas as may be necessary from time to time. To ensure that all documentation is complete in an accurate and satisfactory way and are always available to the supervisor or manager.
