Promote the Apprenticeship Strategy to Trust staff, emphasising continuous learning. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external education providers. Ensure the Trust offers a diverse range of Apprenticeship standards to meet staff development needs and Trust objectives. Recruit and train Health Ambassadors for events inspiring young people to consider health sector employment. Maintain up-to-date records of Health Ambassadors for reporting purposes. Foster relationships with partner organizations, including schools and further education providers. Provide basic career advice and describe various pathways within the NHS to staff and the public. Facilitate Employability, Supported Interns, T-Level, and Apprenticeship cohorts by delivering soft skills training. Increase internal work placements as a recruitment pipeline. Promote the value of placements to Trust teams and create a pipeline of future applicants.
