First Level Registration together with Degree/Diploma in Health Visiting is essential. This post will be within the Cardiff and Vale Health Visiting Service. You will be expected to deliver the Healthy Child Wales Programme, and/or Flying Start additionality to an allocated caseload, and work as a part of a team, liaise with stakeholders and managers and become familiar with the community profile of the area you will cover. The Health Visiting service ensures that families receive a high quality of care and support as part of the Healthy Child Wales Programme. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
