This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the start of their digital transformation journey. As a Digital Implementation Officer you will be at the heart of delivering some key digital solutions to enable our services to transform. In this role, you will be actively involved in making sure digital projects run smoothly and are successfully implemented. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating different parts of the project, making sure everyone involved works well together, and helping to assess how well the project is going so improvements can be made. You'll be responsible for keeping information up-to-date and accurate, including data, reports, and insights, which are crucial for supporting digital projects across the organisation. Additionally, you'll take the lead in managing communications related to the project, both within the team and with external partners, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that the messaging aligns with the organisation's goals. You'll be a key bridge between the project team and services, ensuring the solutions are designed to meet the needs of our services and patients. In this role, you'll help plan, design, and deliver training programs so that everyone involved knows how to effectively use digital systems. You'll also assist with setting up these systems to meet the needs of each project. On a daily basis, you'll work closely with the project manager to create important documents like reports, project plans, and logs that track risks and issues. You'll also keep an eye out for any potential problems and address them early on to help ensure the project runs smoothly and successfully. The role is fixed term only for 6 months. Posts are currently fixed term to May 2025 with a possible extension to March 2027.
