Responsibilities Being fully office based, opening and closing the London office daily. Maintaining a tidy and well-equipped office and being the key point of contact for external stakeholders such as building contractors and cleaners New starter introductions with People team over google meet, ensuring a welcoming and friendly first week and beyond Low level IT queries, working with our outsourced IT support and People team to provide a smooth IT service to employees Organising and hosting monthly social events in our London and Manchester hubs, as well as assisting on planning our company wide summer and winter events Managing travel bookings Overseeing our starter and leaver processes to ensure each new starter is set up for success A Little Bit About You...
