For both documents please view the attachment/s below. Are you a Trained Adult or Paediatric Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) looking for a development opportunity in paediatric CICU? We are currently recruiting for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Advanced Clinical Practitioner team here at Great Ormond Street Hospital on a 12 month fixed term contract for an opportunity to work within our expert and well established Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU). You will work within the multi-professional team managing the medical care using decision making and interventions for our patients with responsibility for a dedicated case load. The team is highly motivated to work at the cutting edge of clinical care, continue to develop advanced skills and experience, to improve the outcomes of children and young people with acquired or congenital heart disease. What you need? a masters level qualification in ACP (adult or paediatrics), nationally recognised registered as a non-medical prescriber Working as an ACP in intensive care -demonstrable clinical/leadership skills of intensive care Evidence of a portfolio illustrating your learning continuum (HEE 2020) The ability to work as part of the medical rota including nights and weekends as part of an established CICU workforce Resilience, enthusiasm and drive to learn and transition into our ACP/medical team What can we offer you?
