This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS). This role is part of a team of 3.6 wte specialist mental health practitioners who provide specialist advice and guidance across all three hospital sites of Basingstoke; Winchester and Andover. The ability to work across all 7 days and all of the three sites is essential. The postholder will have broad experience ; resilience and be able to think creatively in challenging situations in supporting people with mental health needs in an acute hospital setting.
