The successful applicant may, on occasions, be required to travel and work in other treatment rooms in other localities should service needs demand. Applicants must be willing to work flexibly, be able to work well within a team and on their own initiative. The post holder will work as a member of the treatment room nursing team and provide assistance to treatment room staff across Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust under the direction and supervision of the treatment room team coordinator. They will provide a high standard of care to patients as appropriate to treatment room and the services provided therein. Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care. The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
