Provision of clinical care and clinical administration for the management of a Gynaecology caseload Develop and sustain relationships with patients, carers and all members of the interdisciplinary team across care settings and traditional boundaries in order to maintain effective communication and exchange of information. Clinical encounters will involve Using history taking skills to establish the problem, plan of action and review of the action taken. Appropriate liaison with other team members/supervising clinician to resolve issues. Following drug protocols Repeat prescribing. Making onward referrals to other providers Scheduling follow up appointments within the service. Responsibility for action taken and advice given. Ensuring the required documentation is completed. Support service audit and service improvement. Triaging Gynaecology referrals once trained received by the service. Undertake independent clinics alongside a supervising senior clinician, ensuring excellent standards of nursing care to patients through the planning, co-ordinating, delivery and evaluation of clinics. Delivering outpatient procedures and developing skills to offer nursing support for daycase procedures within a community clinic setting. "}
