We're seeking a motivated individual to work in our established community rehab service, spanning both community and intermediate care settings in Bradford. You'll tackle a diverse caseload, from long-term conditions to chronic pain and frailty. You will manage diverse caseload in inpatient IMC settings as well as domiciliary rehab. With structured supervision, CPD opportunities, and a chance to shape service development, you'll thrive in our supportive, integrated Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy team. We're looking for someone with experience in community and/or intermediate care, we would also welcome interest from Band 5's seeking the opportunity to work towards a B6 role as part of a development post. The post holder should have excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving positive change. A British driving license and access to a car are essential.
